TRANSform is a trans-led, community co-designed research project that has been running since May 2020. To mark the first 5 years of the project, the Trans Health Research Group (University of Melbourne) have published a report covering key research findings and advocacy.

The Trans Health Research team are based in the Department of Medicine, at The University of Melbourne, Australia. They conduct research with one goal: to provide robust evidence to improve the health and wellbeing of trans communities. Their research covers three priority areas – gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT), mental health and wellbeing, and health care service delivery and their research findings have been translated into health and wellbeing programs, treatment guidelines, and health policy.
